docs: 이미지를 레포에 직접 커밋하고 README URL 교체

- 11개 스크린샷을 docs/images/에 영문 파일명으로 저장
- GitHub user-attachments (비공개 URL) -> 레포 내 상대경로로 변경
- 로그인 없이도 누구나 이미지 열람 가능
