Bugfix:
- Fixed PM2 ENOENT error on Windows by using full path to PM2 binary
- Improved cross-platform compatibility for PM2 process management

- Updated scripts/smart-install.js to use full PM2 binary path

- Bumped version to 5.1.1 in all metadata files
