chore: rebuild plugin artifacts for v10.7.2 with Alessandro's stability PRs (#1607)

Rebuilt worker-service, mcp-server, and viewer-bundle to include:
- SIGTERM drain for orphaned pending messages (#1567)
- Multi-machine sync script (#1570)
- 3 upstream bug fixes: summarize loop, ChromaSync duplicates, TOCTOU port check (#1566)
- Semantic context injection via Chroma (#1568)
- Tier routing by queue complexity (#1569)
- Architecture overview + production guide docs (#1574)
