Added dynamic announcement system to welcome users to our first-ever Live AMA event! 🎉

What's New:
• Time-aware announcement for Live AMA (Dec 1-5, 5-7pm EST)
• Live indicator (🔴) appears during active sessions
• Announcement automatically expires after event ends
