* fix: replace hardcoded nvm/homebrew PATH with universal login shell resolution Hook commands previously hardcoded PATH entries for nvm and homebrew, causing `node: command not found` for users with other Node version managers (mise, asdf, volta, fnm, Nix, etc.). Replace with `$($SHELL -lc 'echo $PATH')` which inherits the user's login shell PATH regardless of how Node was installed. Also adds the missing PATH export to the PreToolUse hook (#1702).
