docs: Add marketplace installation instructions to README

Updates Installation section with:
- Method 1: Claude Code Marketplace (recommended)
  - Simple two-command installation
  - Automatic dependency and hook setup
  - Clear explanation of what gets installed
- Renumbered existing methods (Clone=2, NPM=3)

Users can now easily install via:
  /plugin marketplace add thedotmack/claude-mem
  /plugin install claude-mem
